Website Support - View Support Thread

I was trying to submit a form to get a username and password for the 10U team because I am going to manage the website for Mary, but I continually get an error that will not allow me to proceed stating that the information was incorrectly entered.  I entered the information multiple times and still no luck.

In your desired password make sure you are not using characters.  Some of the code in this website can get confused with certain characters and the form may not allow you to submit it.  Just use letters and numbers for you password, although passwords are case sensitive.  If this does not work let us know.
